July 26, 2026 Art of Boundaries with Horses Workshop | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday, July 26
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$250 per person
Limited to 6 participants
📍 LongRun Thoroughbred Retirement Society, Hillsburgh, Ontario
Boundaries aren't about building walls—they're about creating relationships rooted in clarity, respect, and authenticity.
In this full-day immersive workshop, you'll explore boundaries not as a concept to understand intellectually, but as something to experience directly in your body. Horses have an extraordinary ability to respond to our internal state rather than our intentions, offering immediate, honest feedback that reveals where our boundaries are clear, where they become blurred, and where we may be giving away our power or holding ourselves back.
Through guided, ground-based experiences with our retired thoroughbred racehorses, you'll discover how your patterns of relating naturally emerge—and how small shifts in your presence can create profound changes in connection.
Throughout the day, you'll explore:
Recognizing where your boundaries are too rigid, too porous, or unclear
Building confidence in expressing yourself with authenticity
Developing healthy boundaries without guilt, force, or withdrawal
Cultivating presence, self-trust, and emotional clarity
Experiencing deeper, more balanced relationships through embodied awareness
This workshop is part of the Equine Experiential Connection (EEC) Program, where horses become partners in personal growth by reflecting what words alone often cannot. Their honest, non-judgmental feedback creates a unique opportunity to build self-awareness, confidence, and meaningful change in a way that is both experiential and deeply memorable.
Whether you're navigating personal relationships, professional dynamics, or simply seeking a stronger connection with yourself, this workshop offers practical insights and transformative experiences that extend far beyond the arena.
No horse experience is required. No riding is involved.
