Get Grounded with Horses Workshop
Saturday, May 30 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$250 | Limited to 6 participants
📍 Hillsburgh, Ontario (LongRun Farm)
In a world that pulls us into constant motion, grounding is a necessity.
This full-day immersive workshop is designed to help you reconnect with a sense of stability, presence, and internal steadiness - not as a concept, but as something you can feel in your body and carry into your life.
In partnership with our retired thoroughbred racehorses, you’ll experience how groundedness (or the lack of it) shows up in real time. Horses are highly attuned to nervous system states - they respond to tension, distraction, and disconnection, while naturally aligning with clarity, calm, and congruence.
Through guided, ground-based exercises (no riding or horse experience required), you’ll begin to:
Recognize when you are ungrounded, overwhelmed, or externally pulled
Develop tools to return to a state of calm, clarity, and regulation
Experience the difference between mental control and embodied presence
Build a more stable internal foundation for decision-making and relationships
With a small group of just six participants, the day allows for depth, individualized guidance, and integration.
No horse experience required. No riding involved.
