The Art of Boundaries Workshop with Horses
Saturday, May 9 | 10:00 AM โ 4:00 PM
$250 | Limited to 6 participants
๐ Hillsburgh, Ontario (LongRun Farm)
Boundaries are not walls - they are the foundation of authentic connection.
This full-day immersive workshop explores boundaries not as something you think about, but something you feel, embody, and live. In partnership with our retired thoroughbred racehorses, youโll experience how your boundaries show up in real time โ in your energy, your presence, and your interactions.
Horses respond with immediate clarity to what is congruent and what is not. They donโt follow words - they respond to truth. This makes them powerful partners in revealing where boundaries are unclear, overextended, or held too tightly.
Through guided, ground-based exercises (no riding or horse experience required), youโll begin to:
Identify where you lose yourself or overextend in relationships
Experience the difference between force, withdrawal, and grounded clarity
Develop boundaries that are clear, responsive, and connected rather than rigid or reactive
Build confidence in expressing needs, space, and direction
With only six participants, this workshop allows for depth, individualized attention, and meaningful integration.
No horse experience required. No riding involved.
