Self-Worth Workshop with Horses
Thursday, April 30 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$250 | Limited to 6 participants
📍 Hillsburgh, Ontario (LongRun Farm)
This full-day immersive workshop invites you into a deeper, embodied experience of self-worth - not as an idea, but as a lived state.
Working alongside our retired thoroughbred racehorses, you’ll explore the subtle ways self-worth (or lack of it) shows up in your body, your boundaries, and your relationships. Horses respond not to what we say, but to what we are - offering immediate, honest feedback that reveals where we may be overreaching, holding back, or seeking validation outside ourselves.
Through guided, ground-based exercises (no riding or horse experience required), you’ll begin to:
Recognize unconscious patterns around worth, validation, and belonging
Develop clearer boundaries and more authentic self-expression
Experience what it feels like to be grounded, congruent, and internally resourced
Build trust in your own presence rather than performance
Work with concepts surrounding abundance and receiving
With a small group of just six participants, the day allows for personalized attention, integration, and depth.
No horse experience required. No riding involved.
